Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number and the corrected address. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and products immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
